I remember last summer people used to ask me “do you even eat” or ask “you probably not even 100 pounds” and thinking back to that is so motivating. the amazing thing is I did eat and never worked out but still lost weight, that makes me remember not to go to the fullest extent with fasting and to be cautious about how I’m treating my body. the last thing I wanna do is go back into hospitalization.
